By accessing our website, you agree to and are bound by our terms and conditions and your statutory rights as a customer are not affected. Nothing contained in our website should be construed as advice, as the published information is for guidance purposes only.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase is easy. Simply browse our store, add any items you desire to the shopping cart then after you have finished click on checkout and you will be asked to input a few details which are required to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable before we complete the transaction.

Any damages of shortages in delivery must be reported to us via email 72 hours from receipt.

All orders are subject to availability.

We at the E-Cig Cavern reserve the right to cancel any order.

All prices are correct at the time of data entry, however, we reserve the right to amend and or withdraw any price without prior notice.

All images and descriptions contained within the website are a close and fair representation of our products, but these cannot be 100% accurate and should be used as a guide only.

Delivery

All orders received before 2pm (Mon – Fri) will be dispatched the same day, all orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

All orders will only be despatched to the delivery addresses supplied by the customer and received by us upon placement of the original order.

The E-Cig Cavern only uses the Royal Mail to deliver your parcel and your parcel will typically be received 2-3 days after despatch. Please note at present we can only supply deliveries to the UK. First class delivery is also available at an extra fee and will typically be recieved 1-2 working days after dispatch, this option can be selected at the checkout page.

For UK customers who are not home when your package arrives, you will be left a collection notice and your package will be redirected to the nearest Royal Mail collection office.

If you fail to collect this package from the Royal Mail collection office then the package will be returned to us. We can then re-arrange delivery to you but this will be at an additional postage cost to you.

Returns

If you change your mind about a product and want to return it, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept goods that are unopened and in a saleable condition. The postage costs will not be refundable.

All returnable items will be required to be returned to us safely at your expense. If any damaged, incomplete or used items are recieved, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

We always endeavour to ensure that all of our products reach you in excellent condition, however some things are out of our control and if your parcel reaches you damaged then we require you to contact us within 7 days of receipt and follow the returns procedure.

We will ask that you return any goods and damaged packaging for us to investigate further and request that you please ensure that the package is secure when returning it to us.

Upon successful completion of our investigation your item will be replaced and a refund for the return postage will be given but only if you have had our consent to return the damaged goods.

Credit card security

We use Paypal secure servers to process your credit/debit cards on our behalf. Security is one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

The Paypal payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Any communication between the shopper and Paypal is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL.

The E-Cig Cavern cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by improper use of any supplied product.

At any time and without notice, The E-Cig Cavern reserves the right to change and withdraw any current promotion and all items are subject to availability.

The E-Cig Cavern site is protected by copyright and all images and data should not be copied, replicated or downloaded without prior permission.

The E-Cig Cavern is not and cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to any computer or otherwise by any person accessing our website and data containing within.

The E-Cig Cavern reserves the right to amend and change any terms and conditions at anytime and without notice.

All prices displayed are including V.A.T at the prevailing rate.

We at The E-Cig Cavern will not disclose any buyer information to any third parties other than when order fulfilments are being processed, then in this case the third party (i.e Paypal) will not disclose any of those details to any third party either.
